Resort La Ginabelle offers single rooms, double rooms, apartments, and suites, most with direct views of the Matterhorn. Standout rooms include the Altiana Junior Suite 'Rimpfischhorn' with floor-to-ceiling windows and the Apartment 'Lyskamm' with an 8-meter-long window front.

Cars are not allowed in Zermatt; guests park in Täsch and take a shuttle train. The hotel provides free transfers from Zermatt's train station.
